Eiken Grade 1
I took Eiken Grade 1 exam today. It's the first round of this year. The exam association still hasn't released answers, but I got the impression I'm on a border line this time. There's progress compare to last year's. I'll pass the first paper test within this year if I keep a current pace of studying.
More ro less, I think this diary practice contributed much this time. I could wrote to fill a half of answer sheet, means a little more than 100 words, that was only three lines last year. I think it's enough for now.
After the exam, I analyzed the test to come out my weakness at a cafe. I anticipate my test result will be following:
Reading Part 1(Vocabulary): 16/25 (64%) => 16pt
Reading Part 2: 4/6 (66%) => 4pt
Reading Part 3: 6-7/10(65%) => 13pt
Writing: 40-50%(45%) => 12.6pt
Listening Part 1: 5-6(55%) => 5.5pt
Listening Part 2: 7(70%) => 7pt
Listening Part 3: 1(20%) => 2pt
Listening Part 4: 1(50%) => 2pt
---
Total: 62.1pt
This means I'm just on a border line (60pt is the passing mark), and I should give priority on listening study a bit more, and writing (it's obvious already). Hmm, I think I'm already good enough to listen casual conversations thanks to the recent hobby to watch English translated anime, but I'm rather weak to listen formal speeches and understanding explanatory talks.
